- Flushable mechanical filter reduces cartridge consumption
- Automatic external softener reduces hardness of tap water and prolongs life of RO membranes
- High capacity activated carbon in a a tank holds fouling foreign and, organic matter and free chlorine,(optionally cartridge may be used
- 5 micron 10" cartridge protects RO membranes
- Ultraviolet unit (optional unit) destroys bacteria and organic matter and water is filled to external 85 liter capacity PP wheeled pure water tank
- Qualified RO pump feeds RO membranes with consistingly high pressure hence rejecting 97% of ions and 100% of particles,organic matter and bacteria in softened and filtered water, Dirty water is sent to drain
- Special magnetic level sensors stops production when tank is filled with purified water, Low level sensor also protects RO pump , if there is no water in the tank
- Purified water from RO is delivered to dialysis machine(s) ONLINE, Purity is displayed as uS/cm on the controller and pure water rate is measured with flowmeter
- Optional high capacity 0,2 micron filter can be added at the outlet
- Each MPMINIPURE is equipped with very reliable MES RO/DI CONTROLLER 08
- Microprosesor electronics controls internal tank , stops the production when full and activates again when Water level is reduced
- Flushes the membranes
- Alarms when there is no water in the tank and protects RO pump
- Activates RO pump ,if the water level is suitable.

Microprossesor control panel controls all functions of the purification steps , protects system components , like pumps prolons life of membranes by time programmed flushing ( discharging longwaited dirty water ) and provides economy.


System flushes out with programmed time and FLUSHING signal apperas on the screen. Flush selenoit valve is fully opened and dirty water waited in the membranes flushed out speedy.



System starts production at the end of the flushing cycle , if storage tank is empty ve fills the tank. Manometer in front of the unit must show a value. Pure water conductivity is dispayled on the panel. EMPTY is displayed if there is not enough water in the tank . EMPTY dissapears , when water level reaches to safe level for the pure water pump.

FULL is displayed when the internal/external tank is full. Temperature and pure water quality is displayed .Manometer must show ‘’0’’.


Unit starts production when water level falls down upper level sensor, and waits for the programmed time . Flushes and continues the production.


LOW PRESSURE appears on the display if combined filter is clogged or inlet pressure is below the adjusted limit of pressure sensor, and alarm sounds. Unit waits for the programmed time , and returns to production if pressure rises above limit value . Otherwise alarm appears and sounds again.

EMPTY signal appears and alarm sounds if water level in the tank drops below low level sensor and pure water pump does not operate. As bekleme appears and waits for programmed time when water level rises above low level sensor. Pure water pump can be used to withdraw pure water
USERS MENU
Operator may program time duration of HL WAITING , FLUSHING , ALR WAITING , TEMPERATUE ALARM , LL WAITING and LANGUAGE
Time can be adjusted individually for each function with 30 , 60, 90 ,120 , 150 , 180 , 210 , 240 , 270 , 300 second intervals..

Language may be chosen as English or Turkish
You can enter MENU by pressing MENU/ESC buton , left and right buttons select parameters , up and down buttons select time values. ENTER buton confirms programmed value.
